Yoga and Meditation Teacher Trainings

Learn how to teach a safe and transformative yoga class or a meditation one. With 15 years of experience I can show you what works and what not. I am a registered E-RYT500 Yoga Alliance teacher, with proven experience in more then 15 yoga trainings worldwide, over 4 continents. I Collaborate with some important yoga school and studios in Usa, Europe and Central America.

My focus are yoga-therapy and alignment, meditation and transformation, safe sequencing. In terms of yoga styles I focus primarily on vinyasa flow, hatha, yin yoga and kids yoga. I do have my strong opinion on the matter matured after years(feel free to ask me about them!)and thousand or hours of continuous education, study and confrontation with some of the best yoga and meditation teachers in the Easter and Wester world. Moreover,  the long process of self-healing my personal injuries strongly influenced my views and my attitude, and I have discovered experienced many things first hand on my own body.

I keep being open to test what I have learned and to change my mind when I find a better solution. So my teaching styles changes and is refined year after year. I do it because I want to keep improving the quality of my own life and consequently I am open to share it with anybody is open to benefit from it too. I am a forever student excited to share everything I know.
